Instead of giving in to the impulse to bash the (incredibly stupid and
self serving) settlement proposal offered by microsoft in the civil suits
against it, RedHat is basically calling the bluff and pointing out the
total fallacy in allowing microsfoft to extend its monopoly, rather than
be punished for a crime of which it has been found guilty.
