During the night closures, motorists will need to take alternate routes such as the Montlake Bridge, the I-5 Freeway Bridge or the Fremont Bridge. The closure will apply to vehicles only; pedestrians and bicyclists will be able to cross the bridge. The University Bridge closures also will affect Metro bus service across the bridge. Watch for "Rider Alert" signs at bus stops or call Metro's 24-hour customer assistance number at (206) 553-3000. .
