Wilson Management Associates, Inc. will make its sixth annual Graduate
Scholarship Award of $5,000 to the best essay written on the subject: 
Describe the Construction Industry and a Construction Jobsite in the Year
2010.  The applicant must be enrolled in a graduate level civil
engineering or related degree program as a full-time or a part-time
student for the Spring or Fall Term of 1995. 
The deadline for submission is February 28, 1995.
Additional information and an application form are on file in the Civil 
Engineering Advising Office - 201A More Hall.
