FlyBase Update.

New versions of the FlyBase Reference Manual are now available by ftp
or gopher from flybase.bio.indiana.edu.

The Reference Manual is available as an ASCII file
(flybase/docs/Reference-manual.text) or as Postscript files for both
single- and double-sided printing (flybase/docs/Reference-Manual.ps and
flybase/docs/Reference-manual-2sided.ps respectively).
