It would be of interest to know if the integration of extrachromosomal DNA
in the chromosome is somehow related with the recombination machinery. In
this optic I would be glad to collect as many data as possible about the
genomic site of integration of ANY transgenic line. Has anybody looked at
that? Would anybody send me the physical map position of their engineered
lines?
