I will be conducting my research to evaluate the relationship between surface tension and the red cell membrane. I also must come up with a surfactant that model the characteristics of a lung surfactant; I know that the surface tension of a lung surft. has a mean value around 45 dynes/cm but there are other characteristics to account for, if any- one has any suggestions, I would be very grateful. send to: Ted Khoury khoury@ccwf.cc.utexas.edu .
