        We are studying the distribution of transposable elements in
natural populations of Drososphila simulans of worlwide origins. We need
populations from South America, Africa, Asia and Pacific/Indic Islands. If
you have some populations from these regions, could you be kind enough to
send me some samples with information about the country, date of capture
and origine of the population sample (isofemele line, mass population,...).
If you do not have flies, but know someone who can have some, could you
please informe us so as to contacte these colleagues.
