Hello!

I have a question about the working method of circular dichroism 
spectrometers. As result of the measurement of a protein sample I have 
got a CD-plot and an 'absorption'-plot. Is this absorption the result of 
a real simultaneous measurment besides the CD-measurement or is it 
calculated from the CD-plot?
