Once again, I ask... If you are charging for postage and copying costs..Why
dont you make things easier on all of us and make it available through FTP or
Email documents to people who are interested.  I would be interested in
reading it, but I really do not feel like spending $4.50 for your document
when there are clearly easier means of getting it to us.
