Hello everybody,

I was wondering if anybody has ever done adult testis in situs (on flies!)
I have been looking for references but can't seem to find anything - I
have found refs. for antibody stains but not in situ hybridizations with
a DNA probe.  Any guidance to a particular protocol or reference would
be appreciated.
