The thymus donors are now a month old, but the fusion... well I haven't even started immunizing yet. I was wondering whether it is possible to freeze feeder cells and thaw them a day or so before the fusion. I'd really rather use thymocytes than spleenocytes, so I have to decide on this within the next week or so. Please let me know if you've tried this, how it worked, protocols, etc. Thanks, Chris .
