"Control of respiration and oxidative phosphorylation in isolated rat liver cells" (Brown, Lakin-Thomas and Brand in Eur. J. Biochem. 192, 355-362, 990) should give some ideas for how your problem could be approachedand contains some references to the background. My review in Biochem. J. 286, 313-330, 1992 contains lots more references. ========================================================= David Fell, School of Biological & Molecular Sciences, Oxford Brookes University, Oxford OX3 0BP, Tel. +44 (0)1865 483247 UK FAX +44 (0)1865 484017 daf@bms.brookes.ac.uk .
