Does anyone know of a method for using X-gal to stain enhancer trap lines 
as live larvae.  I've heard that the method involves the larvae eating(?) 
the X-gal somehow.  However, I can't seem to find any references for 
that.  If you know how to do it or know of a reference please let me 
know.
