We have synthesised two C. elegans peptides and are trying to pick animal
species to immunize to produce antibody.  We were wondering what
experiences other labs have had with chicken, rabbit, and mice as far as
pre-exposure to worm proteins as seen in pre-immune western blot and as far
as reactivity to worm protein after immunization.
