I'd greatly appreciate any help anyone can provide. I heard recently (through a post I believe) that the lack of sun during the winter affects levels of melatonin, which in turn affects dopamine levels, which can cause fatigue, depression, etc. If so, how does this process work? What research has been done (and who has done it)? What species have been explored? Thanks in advance for any replies. You'll be acknowledged in print if you like, or not if you prefer.
