If it is just dust, air cleaners should help (though I can't help with 
brands).  Part of the problem comes in the handling itself though - I 
have found that consistent hand and face washing after handling fly 
vials/bottles helps alot. Religous aviodance of touching eyes (give up on 
contact lenses), nose (mucus membranes) with hands while working also 
helps.
