Date: 9 Feb 1996 13:56:57 GMT Organization: MRC Human Genome Resource Centre Lines: 13 Message-ID: <4ffjr9$pae@mercury.hgmp.mrc.ac.uk> NNTP-Posting-Host: nimab28.nimr.mrc.ac.uk I am looking for a eukaryotic expression construct with a promoter that can be made to express in proportion to a given stimulus. I am already aware of heat shock, and Tet systems, but these are either on or off.... not able to express in gradations. If anyone is aware of the existence of such a titrable promoter/construct, please email me at: n.panjwani@hgmp.mrc.ac.uk Thank you, Naveed Panjwani MRC National Institute for Medical Research London. .
