Our ongoing studies seek to elucidate the spatial restriction of pipe gene expression and protein activity and understand how spatially-regulated sulfyltransferase activity encoded by the pipe gene product leads to correct embryonic polarity. Candidates should have a strong background in molecular biology or genetics.
