Our geneticist is testing our 6 month old, and we have no information on this at all. We don't know what it means nor what it could mean. Our son is being tested for this along with other tests for metabolic disorders as he was born hearing impaired and now at 6 months old we find that he has cataracts. The doctors do not think the cataracts were congenital as he has been seen by numerous doctors in the past few months and no one spotted the cataracts, so they assume they just developed. Any information on syndromes associated with cataracts and hearing loss would be greatly appreciated as well. (Baby has already been tested for rubella, which was negative). Thanks in advance!
