Jarnac: Interactive Metabolic Simulation Tool for Windows 95/98/NT

Here's yet another update to Jarnac. This version has much better graphing
(including 3D), more network model properties especially in relation to
conserved moieties, improved code generation, more sample scripts, more
docs, better input/output functionality, forcing functions for network
models, further improvements to the class viewer, and more. See history.txt
and release notes for more details. Note that Jarnac is available free of
charge for non-commercial use.

Jarnac will be demonstrated at the next BTK2000 meeting this April in South
Africa.
