My name is Mr Douglaz Billan, An African=20 merchant base in Dubai .I have been surfering for long time from "STROKE" w= hich was discovered from medical experts. Due to the position of this illn= ess, it has defilled all forms of medicine, and right now the medical exper= ts said I only have a few months to live. I have not particularly lived my= life so well, as=20 I never really cared for anyone not even myself but my business. I am a ve= ry wealthy Man, I was never generous, I was always hostile to people and o= nly focussed on my business as that was the only thing I cared for, I never= even cared to travel home to Africa. But now I regret all this as I now kn= ow that there is more to life than just wanting to have or make all the mon= ey in the world. I believe when God gives me a second chance to come to thi= s world(If at all) I would live my life a different way from how I have liv= ed it. Now that God called me, I have willed and given most of my propert= ies and asset to my immediate and extended family members and as well as a = few close friends. I want God to be merciful to me and accept my soul and s= o, I have decided to give alms to charity organizations, churches as I want = this to be one of the last good deeds I do on earth. So far, I have distrib= uted money to some charity Organizations in the U.A.E, Algeria'South Sudan,= Togo Republic, Nigeria and my country Benin Republic. Now that my health = has deteriorated so badly, I cannot do this my self anymore. I once asked m= embers of my family to close one of my accounts and distribute the money wh= ich I have there to charity organization in Bulgaria and Pakistan, they ref= used and kept the money to themselves. Hence, I do not trust them anymore, = as they seem not to=20 be contended with what I have left for them,In the next one month also I will be back to my country .The last of my money which no one knows of=20 is the huge cash deposit of US$44.000.000.00( Fourty-four Million=20 Dollars) and US$24.000.000.00 (Twenty-Four Million Dollars) that I have=20 with two security safety companies Benin and here in Dubai.=20 I will want you to help me collect one of this deposit and dispatch it=20 to charity organizations. You will only set aside 15% of the total=20 funds for your time and patience and successful assistance .Please I=20 need your urgent reply and this is my alternative: dougbill@ratrunner.com , if you can be able to make a chance for this.=20=20 God be with you.=20 Yours Sincerly, Mr. Douglaz Billan.=20 --- .
