HI there!

I have been trying to get protein extract from embryos for
immunoprecipitaton. I have tried some of the published protocol, such as
embryo extract buffer, PBS with triton-X. Then, homogenized embryos with a
pestle. I have not been able to get "WHOLE EMBRYOS LYSATE"!

I need HELP!! If you have a protocol or any SUGGESTIONS. PLEASE HELP!
