I understand that fluoro-adenine is a much more potent inhibitor of APRT than
diaminopurine.  Unfortunately, it isn't being sold by any of the major chem.
companies.

Does someone out there have any fluoro-adenine or know of a source?

Also, I would like to hear from anyone who has done selections with APRT.
