I'm wish to epitope tag a protein for expression in S2 cells and in
embryos. I know several groups have used the myc tag, but also heard there
were problems with myc antibodies. Does anyone have experience (good or
bad) with myc, HA, flag or other epitope tags, and can reccomend the best
to use?
