     Hi! Looking for help in designing genetic screens  for a
maternal-effect embryonic lethal. The gene in context in mog-1, one of the
factors involved in sperm/oocyte switch in C elegans. Details starting with
mutagenesis and going onto screening, seletion and complementation will be
