The symposium, which will take place on the University of Pennsylvania campus, will have a relaxed format with three public lectures at an undergaduate level on Thursday, April 18, and four technical talks on Friday, April 19. All talks will occur in the afternoon, giving participants ample opportunity to interact with each other. Attendance is free, but registration at http://dept.physics.upenn.edu/~neural02 is required. Lunch, snacks and caffeinated stimulants will be available in large quantitites. .
