The report is titled: TAXONOMIC EXPERTS, SYSTEMATIC MONOGRAPHS REPORT OF A PANEL-WORKSHOP, 29-30 NOVEMBER 1994 ON PRACTICES AND DIRECTIONS IN MONOGRAPHIC RESEARCH and contains a number of specific comments and recommendations for both writers and reviewers of PEET proposals.
