How does it compare to the usual phenol/chloroform isolation protocols? I would like to isolate the RNA from Arabidopsis and use it to make cDNA and, subsequently, perform PCR on the cDNA. Also, is anyone successfully using representational difference analysis (RDA) on cDNA? I'd like to ask a few questions about the procedure.
