I have stably transfected vero c1008, MDCK II and Caco-2 cells, and if I wanted transients, I would have used almost exactly the same protocal. What cell type are you trying to transfect? What pore density, diameter and type of inserts? Mike mgarbutt@gpu.srv.ualberta.ca .
