ANyone who can help me.

I am a graduate student working on anticancer drug induced apoptosis.
I have already established apoptosis, morphologically and by DNA ladder.
But I want someone to help me design experiments for the mechanism(s) of
drug induced apoptosis. I am especially interested in finding out the
different protein factor(s) at S phase level of cell cycle involved in
apoptosis. 
Can anyone who reads this help me/guide me???
