We already have a multimode scope from digital instruments, and it is working great. Parke Scientific has developed a machine which is much cheaper than the one we are having now. If anybody has experience with the AFM from Parke Sci. on biological samples, please let me know about the performance of the machine, with respect to resolution, degree of destruction of soft samples, ease of operation, etc. Please indicate under what mode of operation you are using it. I am particularly interested in contact and tapping modes. Thank you. Jose K Paul email: jkpaul@magnus.acs.ohio-state.edu .
