I am expressing mammalian proteins in E. coli with T7 systems. Several proteins were not soluble and is assumed to make inclusion body. So I would like to try the hosts expressing thioredoxin, which make proteins more soluble. Once I saw it the commercial in some journals. I forget the name of the product. From my little memory, a recombinant protein is MBP(?)-fusion, which facilitates easy purification and can be released without enzymatic digestion. And that is not thioredoxin-fusion protein itself. Can someone show me it? Thank you. c.f. I'm not a good English speaker. You may found several errors. .
