(ftp://flybase.net/genomes/Drosophila_melanogaster/current/) The Fly BLAST is updated to current genome fasta files, and we have added D.melanogaster uniprot, refseq sequences, updated blast_databases.html The GBrowse genome map views have added gene prediction features, and many missing or duplicated features have been corrected. There is no change in primary annotation reports and searches.
