with the same title that I posted on 29th August referred to a page at 
http://ir2lcb.cnrs-mrs.fr/lcbpage/athel/ciocco99.html. This 
unfortunately contained conflicting statements about the state of 
readiness of the accompanying form at 
http://ir2lcb.cnrs-mrs.fr/ilcioccoform.html. I am sorry about this 
error, which has now been corrected. The form has, in fact, been ready 
since the end of August.
