This uses ultrasonication (at 12um for 30 seconds). My problem is that the only sonicator available to me works on a 1-100% basis, with no manual available. I don't know how this relates to micrometers - I have contacted the company (Misonix) and received no reply - can anybody help? If anyone has any experience of using a Misonix W-375 sonicator with cup-horn attachment, I would be very grateful for any help!
