I hope I'm in the right newsgroup. Has somebody got experience with GPC analysis of Phosphatidylcholines or other Phospholipids? Maybe even in the solvent chloroforme? I synthesized a phospholipid with a polymer as hydrophobic tail. FW about 500. The NMRs (1H, 31P, 13C) look fine, but the GPC shows a signal "later" then hexylbenzene, which we use as internal standard. Has anyone any suggestions why this could be? Thanks for reply C. Benedek .
