Hello.
Does anybody know of a recent article (i.e 1989-1993) on the use
of 31P-nmr in the measurement of the cytosolic pH of E. coli? as I
am about to embark on this project I would appreciate it if somebody
could refer me to a recent article. I have a paper that describes 
the method on E. coli but the article is at least 10 years old.
Also if there is anybody out there who is a full bottle on this
I'd like to get a feww hints from you.
