We are loking for a drosophila genomic library with 500bp to 1 kb inserts for
use in a yeast-two hybrid screen to identify potential targets for mammalian
transcription factors.  For our purposes a library cloned into either a BamHI
or EcoRI sites would be suitable for insertion into the yeast reporter plasmid
pBM2389.
