The monoclonal antibody M2 from Sigma (Prod.-Nr.F3165) I wanted to use for detection is staining in the whole CNS and not only the cells where the tagged receptor is driven. Did anyone have this problem with this ab too or does anybody know a better ab? Every hint is very welcome!
