Qualification: Cell Biologist/ Moleculare Biologist
Establishment of assay systems on monolayer cell cultures 
discriminating between apoptosis and necrosis. 
(immunochemistry, immunohistochemistry,  flow cytometry, 
DNA analysis, RNA analysis, PCR)

Generation of mammary gland and prostate primary cell cultures  
obtained from genetically modified animals.
Organ culture of prostate and mammary gland.
