Qualification: Cell Biologist/Molecular Biologist
Establishment of assay systems on monolayer cell cultures 
to discriminate between apoptosis and necrosis.  
(immunochemistry, immuno-histochemistry,  flow cytometry, 
DNA analysis, RNA analysis, PCR)
Generation of mammary gland and prostate primary cell cultures  
obtained from genetically modified animals.
Organ culture of prostate and mammary gland.
