In collaboration with Bruce Roe and Doris Kupfer:

We announce the availability of a dataset of Aspergillus clustered, joined
ESTs manufactured with the STACK-PACK toolset.

ftp.sanbi.ac.za/ClusteredGenomes/Aspergillus/

This dataset includes viewable alignments using GDE format.

Comparisons of consensus sequences against Swiss-prot can be viewed at
http://ziggy.sanbi.ac.za/aspergillus.html

a total of 4432 consensi were generated.  To extract individual consenus/EST
entries, it will be necessary to use STACK accessions which are not yet
available unless the whole database is downloaded. Individual accesses will
be possible in the near future.
