There are two drosophila codon usage tables available
at IUBio archive.  You may well be able to find more
current ones elsewhere.  But if not, take a look at

  from 1989 compiled by Michael Ashburner.  He notes
  in this table "In fact it may be the final version as i don't
  see it changing very much."
