Hi,
	I am working on DDRT-PCR and found several differential display products
between the compared groups. I cut these bands from the dried 6%
non-denature polyacrylamide gel and tried to elute the products by boiling
them for 15 mins in either TE buffer or distilled water. However, I was
failed to reamplify them. I am quite sure that the problem is not due to
inaccurate alignment between the dried gel and the film. I would be
appreciate if anyone give me any suggestion.
