Recently I tried to make flies with mosaic clones of a mutation mapped on 3L in a Minute background. But FRTs in our Minute, P{piM}75C, FRT80B line were not recombined. Does anyone have the line in which FRT-recombination is confirmed recently? Thanks! ***************************************** Hiroki ITO, Ph. D.
