Branden & Tooze -- try a search on Amazon.com

Note this is on protein structure, not protein sturcture prediction. Once
you have gotten through that, try Creighton for a reference only book (use
your library, this one is expensive). I think Tom might have written a
more introductory text since I picked my old copy up 10 odd years ago (!).
