It's now on the WEB at: http://www.Colorado.EDU/MCDB/HanLab/WBFD.PDF It can also be linked from Victor Ambros's comprehensive protocol site - which is itself linked from the main worm server. The document is 49 pages long with about 29 figures. It covers...everything, as far as I can tell. At least that's what I've tried to do with the help of several current and former members of the Han lab. Please give me some feedback on this if you have the time or inclination. It's designed to plop on the laps of new lab members or anyone without experience in worm genetics. Hopefully most/all of the information is 100% correct, though I already spotted one minor error myself. In any case, the document will be continuously updated and corrected as needed. My current email address is fayd@colorado.edu, but will soon be davidfay@uwyo.edu. Let me know what you think. Thanks, David .
