                          Documentation for C33TRAP.EXE

        C33TRAP.COM creates a program called 33TRAP.COM.

33TRAP.COM is a TSR (terminate and stay resident) program which
converts all hard disk multiple track read/write/verify requests
into a series of single track requests.

C33TRAP.COM configures a version of 33TRAP.COM for the machine it
is running on. YOU CANNOT ARBITRARILY RUN 33TRAP.COM ON ANY
MACHINE. YOU MUST RUN C33TRAP.COM TO CONFIGURE IT.

You should use C33TRAP.COM and 33TRAP.COM:

if you are running IBM PC-DOS 3.3
AND you are using a non-IBM system unit
AND you are having problems with your hard disk.

If the above conditions are met, 33TRAP.COM should be put in
your AUTOEXEC.BAT file to cause loading each time you run your
machine. It is a very benign TSR (as far as we know) and as such
should cause you no problesm, and it should clear up any problems
you are having with your non-IBM system unit.
