Chapter 1 (b) - Disks created by MS-DOS 6.0 Upgrade using SETUP /F
  
You can create a single startup floppy disk for drive A by specifying the setup command with the
 /f switch. The contents of the startup floppy disk will vary based on the disks capacity.
  
Note   You cannot use MS-DOS 6 Upgrade to install the complete operating system (with all programs) 
to floppy disks.
  
The following files will be copied to a floppy disk if you specify the setup /f command:
