So now that we have this (big) brown bag of electronic serials, what
can we do with it?

One thing that we need to do is find some way of permanently archiving
it all.  Currently the entire collection is on-line, but that has
limits.  Further, libraries like to collect things and put them in the
back room, so we'll probably have to find some way to publish onto
CD-ROM.  Current thinking is that we'll try to find someone else to
partner on this -- CICNet does the front end collection, someone else
archives and distributes more widely.

We also need some better indexing.
